The coil springs that are supplied to DMG LTD are manufactured in England from bright drawn chrome vanadium alloy spring steel.

The Springs are cold formed and subsequently hardened and tempered to give the correct spring properties.

After heat treatment, all springs are shot-peened to enhance fatigue life and surface quality

All springs are then coated in our durable polyester powder coating
